Pierre Gringore

Pierre Gringore (1475?–1538?) was a comic author and actor. Although he was not a member of the book trade, in 1509 he obtained a privilege for the publication of one of his works: Les Abuz du monde, printed by Pierre Le Dru ‘pour icelluy gringore’.
